Note )
These Motor Lifter never inspection by Hirata or Tomas Tech before
We have to spend a time more than normal and have to site survey for prepare
the inspection sheet format

Remark :
Condition : This Quotation for "Inspection Fee and Document Report" Only.
This Quotation is not included any new parts or modification.
Lead time : 30days for "Inspection reports" after complete inspection all lifter.
Payment :
50% DP upon PO Credit 7days
50% after delivery "Inspection reports" to MCP site Credit 30days
