Description

Problem: Found the problem that the import function will reject all data when the duplicate occurs.

Solutions: Add the MERGE command to prevent the duplicate error before INSERT

Implements:
1. Create the new Store procedure name sp_insert_production_schedule_outer_from_hatc_filename2.
2. Change the SP call to the new one.

Result:
It can insert the new data into the Production schedule with no problem.
