Note:
1.This quotation covers application installation and basic operational verification only.
2.Any customization work, including but not limited to functional enhancements, specification changes, screen modifications, report modifications, and database modifications, is not included in this quotation.
3.Investigation and correction of issue originating from the existing system are excluded from the scope of this quotation.
4.The customer is responsible for preparing the required PC, server, network environment, and necessary access permissions prior to the installation work.
5.Any additional work requested or required during the on-site installation will be subject to a separate quotation.
