1. Rental Terms and Conditions
   (Ultrasonic Label Sealing Equipment – 1 Month Rental)
   1. 1. Rental Scope
      The equipment provided under this quotation is limited to the rental of the ultrasonic sealing label application device (the “Equipment”) for a period of one (1) month.
      The rental includes only the use of the Equipment and does not include production services, product processing services, or performance guarantees for the Client’s products.
   2. 2. Rental Period
      The rental period shall be one (1) month from the date the Equipment is delivered to the Client’s facility.
      If the Equipment is not returned by the end of the rental period, additional rental fees may apply.
   3. 3. Use of Equipment
      The Client shall use the Equipment in accordance with the operating instructions provided by Tomas Tech.
      The Equipment shall only be operated by qualified personnel designated by the Client.
      The Client shall not modify, disassemble, or alter the Equipment without prior written approval from Tomas Tech.
   4. 4. No Product Quality Guarantee
      Tomas Tech does not guarantee the quality, sealing performance, or suitability of the Equipment for the Client’s products.
      The Client shall be solely responsible for verifying the compatibility and performance of the Equipment with the Client’s production materials, labels, packaging materials, and
      operating conditions.
   5. 5. No Liability for Manufactured Products
      Tomas Tech shall bear no responsibility for:
• defects in products manufactured using the Equipment
• production losses
• rejected products
• packaging failures
• labeling defects
• any damage arising from the use of the Equipment in the Client’s production process
  All responsibility related to the Client’s products shall remain solely with the Client.
  1. 6. Limitation of Liability
     To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomas Tech’s liability arising from this rental agreement shall not exceed the total rental fee paid by the Client.
     Tomas Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to:
• loss of production
• loss of profit
• business interruption
• product recalls
• customer claims
  1. 7. Equipment Damage or Loss
     The Client shall be responsible for any damage, loss, or malfunction of the Equipment occurring during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear.
     Repair or replacement costs resulting from improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modification shall be charged to the Client.
  2. 8. Maintenance and Operation
     The Client shall be responsible for daily operation and routine maintenance of the Equipment during the rental period.
     Technical support may be provided separately if requested.
  3. 9. Transportation
     Transportation costs for delivery and return of the Equipment shall be borne by the Client unless otherwise specified.
  4. 10. Return of Equipment
     At the end of the rental period, the Equipment shall be returned to Tomas Tech in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
     Failure to return the Equipment may result in additional rental charges.
  5. 11. Force Majeure
     Tomas Tech shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures,
     transportation delays, or other force majeure events.
