Scope of Work (SoW) of Calculate stock CKD end month
1. Create and development software for calculate Stock End Month Automatic.
2. Calculation of Stock End Month as below.
3. Condition get data
Stock - Include the records/data retrieved on the day when the stock calculation is performed (the first day of every month at 08:00).
JUMP - Flag = 1 only
- NonyuDateJ = The specific month intended for calculation.
- Also include records where NonyuDateJ equals 99999999 and flag equals 1.
- NonyuTimeJ = From day 2 until the last day of the month, select/include records from all times.
- On the 1st day, select only the records/times between 08:00:01 and 23:59:59.
SPM - YYYYMMDD (Product month) = The specific month intended for calculation.
SPM + 1 - YYYYMMDD (Product month) = The next month.
VANPJ - VanResultDate = The specific month intended for calculation.
- VanResultTime = From day 2 until the last day of the month, select/include records from all times.
- On the 1st day, select only the records/times between 08:00:01 and 23:59:59.
- TranFlag = 1 only
4. Create a file name is LLM5AJ40.txt
5. Insert a Header and Footer
@SOD LLM5AJ40 RowTotal(7) YYYYMMDDHHMMSS

6. Create a file name is YYYYMM_inventory_parts_information.xlsx
