Period : Period: February 5, 2026 to March 4, 2026

Senior engineer A development Working Days : 10-19 days
    Base monthly salary 160,000 Bant, 19 working days*10 days
    Middle engineer B development Working Days: 15/19 days
    Base monthly salary 140,000 /bant, 19 working days *15 days
    Middle engineer C development Working Days: 16-19 days
    Base monthly salary 140,000 Baht, 19 working days*16days

Additional Development Work-Billing Conditions
1.  Work Arrangement
    The Additional development work shall be conducted under a Time & Material basis.
    The total service fee shall be calculated based on the actual working days of assigned
    engineers multiplied by the agreed dally rate.
2.  Definition of Working Day
    Working time shall be calculated as follows:
    5 hours or more of work: counted as 1 full working day
    Less than 5 hours of work: counted as 0.5 working day
    The following activities shall be considered as billable working time:
    Software development
    System testing
    Investigation and troubleshooting
    Customer inquiries and support
    Specification confirmation and adjustments
    Meetings and discussions
    Documentation preparation
    Debugging and system verification
3.  Reporting 
    The service provider will send a quotation detailing the working days of each engine
    Unless any objection is raised within five (5) business days,
    the report shall be deemed accepted by the customer.

Remark :
1) 50% DP upon PO within 7days
2) 40% after installation 30days
3) 10% after handover 30days
