Overview
1. Prepare wattXplorer device.
1.1 Install wattXplorer and connecting to need device.
1.2 connect and setting Wi-Fi. (fixed IP)

2. Create Database.
database name = ntn_db

3 create C# application by modbus/tcp and set Master.
- programming

4. Test & bugfix
4.1 running and Check device. connect Wi-Fi, connect database.
4.2 run C# application and monitoring.
4.3 Check output data is correct or not.
